Please plan accordingly, as during these weeks the elevators will be out of service.

A Building: August 20th - August 27th
B Building: September 3rd - September 10th
C Building: September 17th - September 24th

If these dates change for any reason, we will repost the dates as well as re-distribute the updated dates to each resident. We will include these dates on each newsletter until the work is complete.]]>Tue, 24 Apr 2012 04:22:28 GMThttps://www.centennialvillage.org/home/city-of-mesa-water-shut-off-ac-shutoffThis City of Mesa finished its work on the new water meter today after several hours of the water being shut off to the property. We thank you for your patience.

Due to the nice weather coming up on Thursday, we have delayed the A/C shutoff until Thursday, April 26th. The A/C's will be shut off so the maintenance can be performed on one of the strainers in the system exhibiting signs of a blockage. A/C's will be turned off at 4:00am, and service should resume at 11:30am, or when work is complete.

You do not have to turn your unit off or alter your thermostat in any manner. We will interrupt service and restore service when the work begins and ends. Several projects are underway, and there will continue to be additional workers on campus over the next few months. If any of these projects will alter service to your aparment or interfere with daily activities, notices will be posted in each of the buildings.

Please allow any contractor the space to work as they may require, but should you have any issues with any contractors, or any concerns, please contact Sandie in the office by calling 480-833-6036, ext. 5 and we will address the issue.

We have ordered three parts required for pool operation, and will resume service as soon as they have arrived and are installed. ]]>Thu, 23 Feb 2012 16:12:38 GMThttps://www.centennialvillage.org/home/new-washer-dryersThe Laundry rooms will be closed on Wednesday, February 29th and Thursday, March 1st so that the new machines can be installed. The card machine has been installed in the Community Building, but will not be activated until March 1st, when all the machines have been installed.

All buildings have been completed as of January 5th, 2012. ]]>Thu, 08 Dec 2011 22:44:30 GMThttps://www.centennialvillage.org/home/fire-alarm-testOn Monday, December 12th, the Fire Inspector will be on the campus, and will be sounding the Fire Alarm to test each notification device. This will be a test, and you should not call the office, nor interrupt the inspectors. Notices will be posted around campus on Friday, December 9th.

The inspectors will sound the alarms for approximately 5 minutes at a time, until they have tested each alarm device. Thank you for your patience! ]]>
