Does Centennial have a model apartment for showing?

No. We maintain full occupancy, and given the lenght of our waitlist, do not keep an empty apartment which someone could genuinely benefit from. Please see the photos page for an example of our apartments. All of our 153 apartments are identical except orientation (kitchen & bedroom will be either on the right or the left).

When you reach the top of the waitlist and have completed your application, you will be able to see the apartment available for you prior to signing a lease. Should you decline the apartment you will be removed from the waitlist and will need to apply again should you wish to.
