You must be sixty-two (62) years of age or mobility impaired and meet the income limits set by HUD for the number of applicants in your household in order to apply for housing at Centennial Village (income limits listed below for Maricopa County). Additionally, if you have ever been evicted, convicted of a felony, or are a life-time registered sex offender, you are not eligible to apply for housing at Centennial Village.
