Pre-Application & Forms

To apply to the waiting list for Centennial Village, please first read the information below:

Centennial Village provides affordable housing for independent SENIOR adults (age 62+ at time of pre-application) and adults with Mobility Impairment.  

The estimated waitlist timeline is 18-24 months for a Standard Apartment and 24-36 months for an Apartment with Mobility features. 


STANDARD UNITS: Pre-applicants who are under age 62 at the time of pre-application and NOT mobility impaired will be removed from the waitlist and encouraged to re-apply at age 62 or older. Standard units include a walk-in shower as shown in the photos. 

MOBILITY UNITS: Pre-applicants requiring the unique features of the mobility unit (first floor unit, roll in shower, lowered clothes bar, etc) should select the "mobility" option. A medical provider verification letter will be required when our office contacts you requesting verification of need.
