  • We recommend allowing 30 minutes to complete the process. 
  • You will receive multiple emails while working on the application. However, if you do not click the final "submit" button and then receive a screen showing your application is DONE, your application was not successfully submitted. We recommend contacting our office to confirm your application has been added to our waiting list.
