The Lutheran Hospital and Homes Society and East Valley community leaders founded Centennial Village Corporation as a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, in 1978 to provide affordable housing for seniors age 62+ and mobility impaired adults.

2020 marked the 40th anniversary of the opening of Centennial Village, where caring and dedicated board members, staff and volunteers have provided gracious independent living to the east valley.

Centennial Village has 153 apartment homes, conveniently located on a beautiful eight-acre campus in north central Mesa. Village residents enjoy a rich quality of life with a wide array of amenities and activities.
