Centennial Village

To apply to the waiting list for Centennial Village, please first read the information below:

Centennial Village provides affordable housing for
independent SENIOR adults (age 62+ at time of pre-application)
and adults with Mobility Impairment.

STANDARD UNITS: If you are not mobility impaired and younger than 62 years, wait until you have turned age 62 to submit your pre-application. Pre-applicants who are under age 62 at the time of pre-application and NOT mobility impaired will be removed from the waitlist and encouraged to re-apply at age 62 or older. Standard units include a walk-in shower.

MOBILITY UNITS: Those who select the "mobility" waitlist option will be asked to submit a letter from the doctor confirming a need for the unique features of the mobility unit. This letter would not be required until our office contacts you requesting the information for verification of need.
Centennial Village has limited units for residents needing the unique features of a mobility apartment (roll-in shower). Due to this limited availability, the waitlist is often longer for those requiring a mobility unit.

The estimated waitlist timeline is 12-15 months for a Standard Apartment and 24-36 months for an Apartment with Mobility Features .

Click the link below to be directed to the waiting list application. If you would like assistance completing the application, please contact our office to request a phone appointment. A member of our staff will call you to complete the application over the phone. In-person appointments are not available for the waiting list application.
